Shipping:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–7 business days)Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Standard Ground:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
With a Receipt and Original Packaging (Via Mail):
If your wildlifemanagementnews.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, Call Customer Care at 570-432-0912.
Refunds:
The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used
Exchanges:
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
